About Dlims
Driving License Issuance Management System (DLIMS) Phase-ll automates the processes for driving license issuance, renewal and upgrades. These activities are carried out throughout the province of the Punjab. This system provides quick processing service to public and up to date statistics to the authorities by using the state of the art technology and equipment the system redefines the issuance process of all types of licenses by using a centralized network.

Fill Application Form
Fill out your application form accurately with the required details. Ensure a smooth process for your learner's license application
Step 3
Generate PSID
After submitting your application, a unique PSID (Public Service Identifier) will be generated for reference and processing
Step 4
Payment Confirmation
Following the submission, once the payment for your application is successfully processed you'll receive a payment confirmation.
Step 5
Print Learner
Obtain a physical copy of your learner's license by printing it directly from our system. Get ready to hit the road safely!

Digital copy of the learner driving
